Forbes recognizes Bethel for 2nd year

For the second year in a row, the Bethel School District has been recognized by Forbes as one of America’s Best-In-State Employers!

Not only did we make the list, but Bethel is one of only two school districts in Washington that did, coming in at number 12 of the 60 employers listed! You can view the full list by clicking here.

Other Washington state employers that made the list are giants in their industries, including Costco, Apple, Microsoft, and Starbucks.

We are thrilled to be recognized among these household names, and credit the amazing work our staff did during the pandemic year to prioritize student achievement.

This recognition was created through a survey of 80,000 U.S. employees. They collected direct recommendations from employees as well as recommendations from workers in each industry. The survey considered every aspect of an employees’ experience such as working conditions, salary, potential for growth, and diversity.
